Looks like a motion hood, but I dunno that there are motion 'verts...
doesn't have the paint job either.

It looks like an L88 hood to me - just like mine in my sig picture. Bamavette has a motion car which has the higher hood with another opening.

By the way the name of the dealer is LOOKERS hes a Proteam spinoff (I beleive he used to work there and still preps and sells, wholesale cars to them)also in Napolean Ohio pretty good guys no fancy showroom and does the work himself has good selection of mid year and C3's as well afew c4's. Only two guys. Don't have the phone # but area code is 419. Not the cheapest guy but the cars are in reasonably good condition.

I could be mistaken here but I thought that Motion Phase cars were coupes, that one looks like a drop top. Also the Motion cars had that different nose on them that looked more like a Datsun 280Z of that year rather then a Corvette.
Could be wrong there,

It's very difficult to tell much of anything from the picture. Contact the seller. If it's a genuine Motion car, it'll be advertised and priced accordingly. If you're interested in buying, require complete documentation prior to the sale, I read where Joel Rosen now asks $1000 a pop to verify/discredit the authenticity of one of his Motion Corvettes.
