Desktop Dyno 2000 owners, I'm considering asking this for x-mas. Does this program allow for forced induction setups (turbos/ superchargers) ? Thanks. :)

I'm on my laptop right now, so I can't copy the graph, but the peak numbers are:

338 HP @ 6000
336 lbft @ 4500

one note.....if my compression is at 10.5:1 what would the difference be ?

I try...and besides, every time I do one, I learn a bit more about DD2000.

I just guessed that you had the cam installed 4* from the Lobe Centerline (108*), and if I knew that, I could be more accurate. Also, what is the exhaust system?

Rainman what did you use for exhaust ?
I got these results with small tube headers and mufflers:
360@6000 HP
342@5000 TQ
although I used the .488 in lift intake
. 510 in lift exhaust
from the performer RPM cam file.

wtih 10.5 compression I returned these numbers max HP 367@6000 and TQ 348@5000.
please double check you're cam specs , the lift looks a little low for the perf. RPM

A few variables were needed to complete, but I got the about the same results as Rainman. If I left the cam at 0 but used small tube headers with mufflers - 338 hp @ 6000 rpm , 358 lb/tq # 4500. I do not have the flow numbers of the Edelbrock RPM heads so I used the built-in flow of a Wedge with pocket porting.

"Gross Lift" as listed in the spec is defined as the lift of the lifter only.

The numbers you normally see, like .500 are "valve lift"

Thus, you have to multiply gross lift by the rocker ratio to get valve lift.

Therefore, the cam has a lift of .485/.510 (unless I'm crazy...somebody tell me if I am, please)

I used HP Manifolds and Mufflers. I will swap out to small tube, unless you know the exact diameter of the DynoMax headers.

thats good info rainman , so my holley sytemax cam with my 1.6 rockers actually has .522 lift. :D

So, here I am, again with different numbers. It took me a bit, because my wireless network card only works in certain parts of the building.

DD2000 comes up with:

395 HP @ 6000
385 TQ @ 4500

(This is with the updated information, corrected head flow, and all, 10:1).
