Re: I'M A NEW DADDY !!!!! (Alwyn678)
well, this was the only way i could finance one :p:
and i've done my homework on this one, unlike my
'79...first time i saw the car they were just putting
the new motor in, second time i checked out the car
they were finishing up the sidepipes, i checked the
body and it's almost perfect...i mean it was perfect
when i was checking it out...i might have missed
something, but i sure don't remember seeing any flaws,
there weren't any rust or rot that i could see, no stress
cracks, tires are still good for at least 2 more years, paint
job was nice, chromes were still good, the flares were
done very well (you can't tell that it doesn't belong there).
this last time that i checked it out, the car started up
nicely...and had a nice roar that will rival a harley :jester
so i thought i'd better get it while i still could
i figured...even if they did a poor job on the engine
install, it should at least last me until i can save up enough
for a 502 :D  :D
