Re: Converting to EFI Questions (Corzvette69)
someone sells a kit that will adapt to any manifold you want it to adapt to. I just don't know who sells it and plus you have to have the injector mount things welded to the manifold, so it'd cost about as much as a regular setup I guess...I dunno what to suggest. I think holly sells a TPI setup, it looks kinda cool, but I don't know if it will work, aftermarket people suck for telling you what things will work on, they are more concerned aobut what it was made for. YOu said "will it work on a C3 vette" they say "its made for a carburated engine"... :mad Thats not what I asked. I guess its their way of saving their butt in case i get it and it blows something up.

LT5 for 6 fat ones    You are talking about a ZR1 motor right? I don't think anyone has install that in a C-3 yet.

I put the Edelbrock Pro-Flow system on my 76'. It was the Performer RPM intake, what a major difference, throttle response through all the RPM's and I barely have it tuned. As I am finding out it takes alot of tuning, and the nice thing about the Edelbrock is they give you the calibration computer so you don't have to hook up a lap top. If ya have any more questoins just ask me I have some idea.

Hey DCB... What about hood clearance on that setup? Is the rest of your engine basically stock, or highly modified for performance (heads, cam, etc.)?? thx, tom

Re: Converting to EFI Questions (trs77)
It's a new crate motor, but pretty much stock. Have headers on and that's about it. Hood clearance is close, I had to go and get one of those Edelbrock Pro-Flow air cleaners, I am looking for a really low K&N
