I'll throw in my vote for the American Racing AR-136 15x8 3.75" back spacing.
Total cost was $600 US including rims, mounting and balancing my tires, lug nuts, locks, and stems.

so if you get new rims, what you gonna do with the old ones? Im looking for a set of late C3 factory ones(I like them if they shine right)...
Let me know if you are looking to get rid of them at a fair price.

Personally, I like the Torque Thruster II's on a Vette, but I love the convo pro's for my Z28.

I love the look of my 16" T2's or 15" for that matter, I'd recommend them for any C3, but don't everyone get them or mine won't be noticed as much :jester

Several companies have a version of the champ 500 but I couldn't find one with a spinner cap available. Both Eagle Alloys and American Racing carry the 5-hole centerline style for around $120-$130 per wheel. For purchasing, check out http://www.customwheel.com or http://www.customwheels.com
I got mine, Eagle Alloys series 117, from their site on special! :D Like Steve said, you can get some nice 15x8's mounted for under $600. also, after going with the polished aluminum, I'd get chrome. The aluminum is a pain to polish. I have aluminum on my truck and should've known. :mad

stay away from the convo pro's or other Centerline products if you plan to do any hard cornering or autocross racing.
Centerline says to not use them for any type of hard cornering or racing other than straight line.
And I like the convo's also, but won't buy them with that restriction.
