10-13-07 F.A.L.L. Cruise!

****UPDATE 10-9-07****
Exact Meet address for easy mapping for the Bay Area drivers. 2344 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA. Very Very large empty parking lot with a Chevron on the Corner for a fill up!
After we meet up, myself and a few others will be going to Hard Rock. You are all free to go to lunch where ever you desire... but You welcome to come with us!
We will meet up at Millers Outpost at "The Y". When we arrive, I will do a roll call to be sure that every-one is there. I will also need to know who is going to be staying for lunch, or heading back. We will allow an hour and 1/2 for lunch, so please try and make it back to Millers Outpost before then. I will do a final roll call before we leave so I don't leave any-one behind. I believe we are also doing a Raffle at that time. I will be there in the F.A.L.L. Cruise T-shirt with a clipboard for attendance.

ALL Domestic power of ALL years is invited to our cruise! Please invite who you want!
Also, I would like to note I am going to be responsible for keeping the vette's all in line on in route to Tahoe. I will need cell phone numbers of each member that is going so I don't lose contact. Any numbers missed I will try and get at the event. I will stay at the back of the corvette pack, to make sure no-one is left behind. Reason for me only taking care of the vettes is because we have several large groups going, and one member from each forum will be taking care of that particular group.
Also is any-one interested in leading the group? I need a volunteer to steer people in the right direction. Please PM or post if you are interested.
This is an absolutely GREAT event! It was an absolute blast last year, and we hope to double the participating members! Please let me know if your interested and I'll get a corvette forum list together.
I am in charge for the cruise here at Corvette forum and will have several answers for your questions!
With this flyer, you can print it out and send it to your friends. You can also hotlink it in e-mails and send them out to who ever you please!

For those who arent aware of it, the FALL cruise stands for Fighting Against Leukemia and Lymphoma. Last year our friend and my gf, Katie Taylor, was diagnosed with AML leukemia. We dedicated our first cruise to Katie and helped raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We raised $750 last year. This year i hope we can match that and double it.
About a month ago, Katie passed away to do complications from her leukemia. She was am awesome person, and I'd like nothing more then to see you guys come out and enjoy a fun cruise and help us raise money for the cause. She would be right there with us if she could be
If anyone wants to make a donation to the cause, we will be accepting them the day of the cruise, cash or check works fine. All the money will go to the sacramento chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Im gonna try and get us more of the orange wristbands for anyone who donates money, and im workin on gettin some raffle prizes we can raffle away. ill keep u guys up to date about it
