Burning Brakes
I'm really curious about what motivated the owner/builder to do that. A lone F1 on even a big motor can pump 12-15 pounds of boost and make more power than any sane person would need. An answer to a question that no one asked?

Looks to me like it is just sitting in there with a belt around the pulley. I don't see a bracket and if there is one it must be weak *** hell as it is only using three of the mounting holes in the blower. There is no tube hooked up to the outlet. Plus if you were going to run twin anything Procharger you would not want to run 2 blower of that size with there gear ratios. Run 2 D1-SC's and that will net you some real HP!!!

Likely follows the same principal of twin turbo's.
Quicker intial response, offering a more linear power curve in comparison to one bigger unit.
People have trouble with belts with one unit if not set up just right. I doubt he won't suffer from serious belt issues if he runs the car hard say down a 1320 with any regularity.

Looks awesome, but I don't see a good reason to do it. Seems like there would be as many cons as pros.(belt slippage X2, heat, weight, room, cost for 2 blowers and parts, etc, etc). They used to do a twin Voretch setups a while back for Vipers at a shop called DC Motorsports, but they stopped doing it. Looks cool though, especially the shot from the front with tht hood raised...

Interesting idea, but why? I do not think there is any setup out there that is limited by a F1-R. I would say that most if not all F1-R setups are not even close to pushing a F1-R to its limits. The F1-R makes 2000 CFM for God's sake Two F1s would make 3150 CFM which is about the same as a F-3A-123.

There's no need for 2, I haven't even maxed out one and the car is utterly usless, no lack of bottom torque or top end pull-and this is a 347. As soon as I mat the car 10 psi is instantly on the guage-the rest is history-trying to hang on, keeping the car straight and watching that boost guage climb past 20 psi.

Yeah I think there would be some belt slip..
This is my car, and the "extra" blower is my friends that he hasn't installed yet.
I just wanted to see if it would fit. I dont think it is real practical either.
BTW,, I just sold the car this morning
