how do these retrofit to past Iforged owners with 3 piece wheels and are currently using bands. (I have hidden air intake - looks like rivot)

I have these on my new Iforged 3 piece wheels and they made mounting the sensors a piece of cake. These replace the hidden valves you have on your wheels currently. This "new valve" has a hole in it inside the wheel that the sensors fasten through. The complete sensor sits inside the wheel. Works great.

I hate to assume, but you mean the 90 degree ones correct ?? I think the design is ingenious !

Which style is needed for CCW 505A? Do these sensors work on the factory system? How are they reset to work on the factory system?

Thanks.

I think most all CCW wheels mount the sensors in the valve stem hole, just like a factory wheel - so there's no need for these internal sensor mounts with the the CCW's.

Call John or Chip at CCW to verify that.

I wanted to purchase four new sensors for the CCW's. So I wanted to know if yours will work or should I just be buying factory sensors.

Thanks.

I ocassionally have a set of used ones cheap, but I don't have any now. The only kind I ever had was C6 sensors, so if I had some they'd work.

If you need a tool to do the relearn procedure I can help you out (from $150 to $220).

Your best bet for new sensors is from forum vendors Fichtner or Gene Culley (go to Gene's website at: http://gmpartshouse.com ). On Gene's site you'll see:

||--Genuine GM Tire Pressure Sensors--||

25758220 – Tire pressure sensor – 49.13 each
15234846 – Tire pressure sensor nut – 3.16 each

Total setup is 209.16

That's about as good as you'll do with a set of new sensors and nuts.
