Update:South Florida Cruisin/Lunch
Its time for another great cruise and lunch. This one will be in Davie, Fl. at Tijuana Taxi Co Restaurant. I eaten there a few times and the food is great! They have a deck at the front of the resturant that over looks the parking lot. The date will be August 5th Sunday and we should arrive around 11am. 
I am looking for a couple of volunteers 
to bring the caravan of Vettes in. One from the north, either the West Palm Beach or Jupiter, one from the South like Miami or Kendall, and if anyone over on the west Coast want to join, then come on over! (PM me so we can work out the details) There will be no vendors at this event please, only our cars and fellow enthusiasts.
Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Easiest way to get there from either South or North is take the Turnpike and exit on Griffin Rd. Head west to University Dr and make a right. It will be on your right handside (east side of Univeristy Dr.)

2nd Update Miami group will be meeting at the Dolphin Stadium to drive up together in a caravan
3rd Update If you are joining the caravan, it is strongly suggested you get a sunpass in order not to fall to far behind during the caravan. You get a discount on the tolls and I believe the money never expires (dont quote me on that one 
)

As a suggestion, let's ride with our HEADLIGHTS ON in remberence of Ken, a Vette Owner, and longtime forum member who wanted to do this CRUISE....

So, if we're supposed to be at the restaurant by 11 here's my suggested leaving times (very close to what 86_vette recommended):
Leave PBG around 9:30 and arrive at LWSP around 9:45
Leave LWSP at around 9:50 and arrive at the PSP around 10:20
Leave PSP around 10:25 and get to the restaurant around 11.
I suggest getting to the meeting places at least 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure times.

If anybody wants to group up and cruise up to Joe Robbie Stadium from deep South Dade let me know. I'll drive through the Snapper Creek Rest area and fuel stop at SW 120th street and the turnpike at around 09:35 if anyone is interested. What lot in JRS/ProPlayer/Dolphin stadium?

I will check with the manager but he did not mention anything to me when I set the date up.
mastarip, where are you getting this information from? As far as 300 cars, I dont think that is possible since there are not that many parking spaces.

I will be there as well. I do not know if you have been there before, it is a great place just very tight on parking. We will probably have to park in the shopping center next door, unless you have already made other arrangments with the restaurant. I live about 10 minutes from the restaurant if you need me to do anything.
