Default Got some new Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's

My winter time wheels and Continental Conti Extreme Contact mud snows.

Summer time Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's (did have Goodyear run flats). Also installed new monitors I picked up from Gene

If this is your first set of D3s you're going to love them.

Goodyear GS-D3's What do you suppose the blue, red & yellow stripes in the treads are for? I have a set as well and was just wondering....

I don’t know what the stripes mean or represent. Maybe used for scanning purposes at the end of the manufacturing process.

I've heard the GS-D3's are great wet weather tires. Can any of you who have used them chime in?

I am quite certain MANY will chime in. I do not think you can find a better handling tire anywhere on the planet for wet weather traction.

I am on my 2nd set and when the tire guys tried to 'pitch' the tire they thought I should have, I just quitely jestured that was a nice offer....but if you don't mind, could we cut the chatter and get those GS-D3's on

They are also GREAT handling tires on dry streets as well, and are very quiet compared to the stock F1 RunCraps.

You have made an excellent decision!

Enjoy --

Default D-3 Goodyears

I favor these because of wet and dry conditions. Good tire, good price, good ride, Goodyear D-3.

I've got GS D3's and they seem to be a good all around tire.

Fantastic tires in the wet; I doubt you'll find a better tire on a wet surface. Dry grip is also excellent.

My next set of tires will be GS-D3's again. I'll need new back tires sometime next year, which would be about 25k miles since putting them on. No complaints here.

They are INCREDIBLE in the rain - better than just about any other tire! I've had my GSD3s for 14,000 miles now and I never cease to be amazed by their grip, dry OR wet.
