Default Procharged C6 Z06 Results

Here is what I saw at Tony's Corvette shop:

615 rwhp
4.0 PSI
Ultra, ULTRA conservative tune.
Tony's Corvette Shop Superflow Dyno (stock Z reads 435-440 rwhp on this dyno)
Fuel issue solved with custom electronic technology.

622 RWHP, 6 psi, ProCharger P-1SC-1*, stock LS7
587 RWHP, 4.5 psi, ProCharger P-1SC-1, stock LS7
second one is 4.5 psi, not even 4.0

Those are procharger's claims, what else (mods) does this car have to get it up to 615 RWHP with just 4 PSI???

I believe that kind of power approaches the limits of the titanium rods, but running only 4 PSI helps. Peter at APS feels these levels are ok as his kit is putting down 620 rwhp!

Hi Mike,
I am anxious to come to one very soon. First gear will be a challenge! I am sure to get killer ETs I have MUCH practice with all of this added power. DRs needed for sure. I want to do some data logging as I run down the track too! When is the next event?

TQ is 550. This is all on 93 Octane. 4.0 psi pretty darn safe boost! I am actually at more like 3.8 psi. Other mods include headers and a baby cam i had in from before. Cam was worth 20 rwhp from before. Driveability and fuel is so good (With Keith's electronic's) that i am temped to up the boost to 4.5 -5.0 psi.

I have some stickier tires on right now so it really helps. 1st is still difficult and will take some practice.

FYI - I just took the car on a 500 mile trip and there is not one issue, absolutely perfect and I was getting on it pretty hard. Same gas mileage, virtually silent power adder, and very smooth.

I would like to know if this set up would be reliable for a few 20 min. HPDE's.. Heat issues, etc...
and I would suggest those C5Z axles if you run drag radials at the track. Some have snapped axles when the tires hook, and have placed C5Z axles, I think there thicker..

Good luck with the beast!

It can be done. You have to beef up the cooling system, as this guy did who road races pretty hard:

Default Rudy - hope you can help

Rudy:
Got your name from Rick at Synergy... I'm looking for any Z06's with a ProCharger supercharger - thier new HO Intercooled system. I'm actually looking for any dyno numbers and especially quarter mile actuals. I have an interview with them tomorrow 7 am CST! Hoping you wouldn't mind sharing a bit...

Thanks!
