I did 390ish with headers, catback(no cats),Vararam and a tune on a 2004 so with a TB and pully I don't think its out of reach.
Oh, I forgot to mention that it was about 95 degrees with 90% humidity, so not the perfect conditions.

on an 02> for sure. My 01 did 400 on a happy dyno 32 degrees great air... went to CAM a few days later for a tune and it put down 380 RWHP with CAI and LG Pros, and Borla Stingers.

Ijust put down 370 - 360TQ with no cats, SLP catback,Bassani X , a K&N filter with no tune and factory exhaust manifolds. With your combo that should easily be hit.

If it's a LS6 motor I don't think you are going to need a ported throttle body. In fact I have heard of guys losing power using a ported throttle body on a mildly modified LSx motor. Do the other mods first and then do a dyno and then install the throttle body.

i think you well be right around the 400rwhp mark...in between 390-405rwhp range. going from personal experiences, if you go with LG or AR headers with o/r mid pipe, you should be there for sure! best of luck and happy modding

i have a 2001 Z06, i just installed the following: callaway honker, fast 90, LS2 t/b, afr heads, G5X3 cam, 42# injectors, LG headers, X pipe, hi-flo cats (running the exhaust thru the ti mufflers), elec water pump, and a mail order tune from LG, u/d pully.
i put down 488 rwhp/ 425 rwtq - my red line was set at 6500. the motor was still making hp at 6500 but i decided 6500 was enough.

Safety Car
With the mods in my sig I did 389.8/378.6
Every dyno will be a bit different and every car will respond slightly different to mods, this topic has been discussed extensively in the "Z06" section and its a very rare case to see 400+ rwhp on these cars with only "bolt on" parts 390's is not out of the question but 400 seems to be the magic number. Good Luck

It's definitely possible.
I installed LG longtubes, no cats, and the borla race pipes (#12649) and an intake. Absolutely no tune from stock (car runs rich enough to soot the rear and theres no hope for the exhaust tips). 500 mi. on the car, with those being the only engine/driveline/performance mods. I belted out 387whp and 35x wtq. And that was with 6 piston front, 4 piston rear Wilwoods on the car to boot.
