Forum rules allow for the posting of a factual account on an unresolved dispute after all reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the issue offline. There are the details:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1118161
In this instance, the vendor appears to be communicating with the customer offline and that needs to come to a conclusion. This thread also includes inappropriate bashing and piling on by third parties who do not have direct knowledge of the dispute raised.
I’m going to shut down this thread and message both parties about the progress of their offline efforts. I’m also going to remove the posts in conflict with the rules/guidelines referenced above and/or edit the posts to bring them into compliance.
When we get to the point where there is a conclusion on the dispute – either resolved or the parties determine they cannot resolve the dispute, I’ll post an update to this thread and it will go into the archives where it will be available for review in the future.
