Obviously, you guys aren't the investors you think you are. That B&W is John Greenwood's original Corvette Sportwagon. It is the ONLY one made by Greenwood.

Here is an old CF thread:

Eckler's used to sell a kit like this:
A whole LOT of these cars were built, but you rarely find one today. i have no idea if they were wrecked, trashed, parted out, or returned to stock.
The Ecklers design did not have the rear window open which made it a a bit hard to use. They also had a design with no side windows which made the interior a bit claustraphobic.
I think most were based on coupes, but I have seen a few that had the convertible side window lines, which I think fit better with the otherall lines.
Check http://www.sheldonaubut.com/vettewagon/main.htm for more.
I don't know where you can get one today. You have to watch eBay, talk to the wagon guys, and just keep your eyes open. You are more likely to find one either built, started, or in need of repair. Personally, I would go for one already existing for two reasons.

- They are a lot of work to do and to do right.
- Unless you dump a lot of money and have it really done right, it is worth less than most C3 to most people, menaing selling it one day will either mean you getting much less or taking a long time to find that one special buyer.
