Congratulations to Angelo Valla - Pro 8 Champ
I guess Ang is the 2007 Vette Doctors / Neverlift Pro 8 Champ? Points haven't been updated but I can't see him losing the top spot.
I think this couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Ang finally reigned in his car and made huge strides this season. I think he's the only driver I know who went quicker after pulling more power OUT of the car
Congrats to one of the nicest and most unselfish drivers in our series.

Angelo,
You have been knocking on the door for the past 3 seasons and finally your time has arrived!
Great year this year. You really had that beast running well and the reliability of that Big Block this year was fantastic!!
I know you will get the minor repairs done on your car quickly and she will be better then ever next season.
Here is to you, Joe and "Little" Ang (can't say that much longer) for a great team and well deserved championship!

I love that car.. Congrats Angelo.
I was sure sorry to see the car bang the wall last Saturday BUT I was glad to see you climb out and show us all you were ok...
NOW, On another note, I was a bit upset to see one of your starting line crew being the first to come to your aid. Not upset at him of course..
He ran from the starting area to his quad, raced up the return road and was the first one to your aid by a long shot......
The upsetting part.....
THEN the track safety people started their way and the ambulance finally decided to come on down.................... Thank God you were not in trouble in the car......
A well desrved "way to go dude" to your crewman that was there in no time flat..............

Great season Angelo. Congratulations on the series championship! I look forward to lining up the blue and red dinosaurs again and showing that old cars and old technology still means a fast and wild ride.
Best wishes to all the Pro 8, Pro 10 and Challenge racers and their families for a Happy Thanksgiving and a safe and happy holiday season.
