Cost is $20 each plus $4.25 shipping for the first calendar, $2.10 for each additional.
(Shipping outside the US is USD$8.50 for the first calendar, $4.25 for each additional).

If you would prefer to send your payment through the mail, pre-orders must be received by 11/18/2006. You may send a check or money order made payable to Vette Registires, LLC. Mail to: C3VR/Calendar, PO BOX 202, Eagleville, PA 19408.

It is a 13 month calendar beginning with December 2006. In order for the calendars to get printed, mailed out, and received by the 1st of the month the number to print has to be turned in on Monday, the 20th.
