Default My trip to DownSouthVettes, came back with a new vette [pics]

I decided to take a week off from work and headed to the great Texas state to visit Gerardo's Down South Vettes. Gerardo is the nicest person I've ever met, very knowledgeable regarding our C6s. Upon arrival I noticed that the whole front part of my C6 was over sprayed with white paint, I think that I got it somewhere on I-10. Gerardo made sure he was going to take care of it for me, good thing that I had my speed lingerie bra else it would've been worse. This is what I got done on my visit: painted hood liner, painted engine parts (fuel rail covers, radiator cover, air duct, and coolant water tank), painted console trimmings and steering wheel trimmings in semi gloss black, and painted inner fenders. I was impressed with their attention to detail with all the work they did.

While there, I also got my 2 piece baer rotors, elite engineering's dead and gas pedals, and powder coated calipers from Mike. Lastly, I got my console lid redone in black stitching and I got the latest headliner for my transparent top.

Finally, when I was coming back home I saw all the console trimmings ready to paint for all who got into the GP. I also saw all the headliners ready to ship which will replace the original ones.

Thank you Gerardo for making my trip worthwhile, you bet I'm one satisfied customer. Keep up the great work.

You might consider either painted or chrome caps to finish off your engine compartment. Looks very good now, just a suggestion.
I got the chrome caps from Ed who is now nakidparts.com and am very happy with them.

Looks incredible!

I really like the hoodliner, can you give any more details on that? What is it made of? The high gloss on the liner really makes it stand out!
