OFFICIAL : Melted Piston from Grond Auction for St. Jude
I have permission from the Corvette Forum Administrators to Auction off one of Grond's melted pistons.
As you are all aware, I melted 2 pistons recently, due to injudicious use of my right foot.
I will be Auctioning off Piston Number 7 (the pictures are below)
I can autograph it, or write whatever you like on it, if desired by the winner.
All proceeds will go to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
Rules:
* This Auction is for Grond's Number 7 Piston, complete with wrist pin, connecting rod, rod bolts and bearings.
* This Auction will run for exactly 7 days.
* It will start at exactly 23:16 EST on June 23rd 2006
* It will end at exactly 23:16 EST on June 30th 2006
* Bidding will start at $50
* Bidding will be in $10 increments.
* Please post your bids in this thread.
In 7 days, the highest bidder when my watch says time, wins.
Here is the accepted method of payment:
