Default Texas Speed C5 Header Dyno Results!!

I've had tons of emails & IM's from guys wanting results from the Texas Speed Longtubes & connection pipes dyno results. The connection pipes are designed to allow customers the ability to connect the TSP long tubes to the stock H pipe. This budget minded setup is giving great power gains at a great price! The 3" x pipe version should be done later this month, & we will be adding the x pipe to see how it compares to the connection pipes!

The car tested on is a stock 99c5 with no mods! (not even tuning) I've noticed several venders install header & tune a car only to claim big gains from the headers. These dyno runs are before and after with no changes! A COMPLETELY STOCK PCM! We'll have tuned in dyno numbers at a later date!

Notice on the dyno graph the car picks up well over 30lb ft of torque & nearly 30rwhp under the curve! Peaks #'s are up over 20hp & over 30lb ft!!

The C5 headers alone are 579.99 plus shipping

The C5 headers w/ connection pipes are 649.99 plus shipping
The headers will include clamps & dip stick tube! The customer will need o2 extensions to complete the installation.

Here are some pictures of the headers with the connection pipes:

Thanks

Impressive numbers.
I assume that the stock cats were removed. Did you use O2 sims or turn off the aft O2 sensors. Also, can you supply the front O2 sensor extensions that are required.

An observation: Kudos on the connector pipe design. I noticed that the larger O.D. is always pointing towards the front of the car. I own the "competition's header system" (we all know which one) and they didn't do this. I needed to get some welding done to correct exhaust leaks due to larger O.D. pointing to the rear. Seems like a bonehead design to me for what I paid for the system.

The complete system with the 3" X PIPE is projected to be about $849.99!

We are also giving away free extensions to everyone who orders the vette headers with connection pipes this month!

Was that dyno with a setup that kept the stock catalytic converters? or does it delete them?

I'd be interested in those headers, with Xpipe and high flow cats.

important to note, no AIR tube connections on these pipes, and for good reason=w/ aftermarket cats or no cats the AIR system is useless, it only helps to lower startup emissions on cat equipped cars by pumping air upstream of the cats

this will eliminate the AIR piping in the engine bay and make for a cleaner install

not to sound stupid, but where does the air piping come from? is it needed to pass emission tests?
