Best Exhaust for peromance
My 91 Haibeck top end just dynod at 410 rwhp, I have a Borla Challenger system that is affecting performance. What yields better hp?
Cosra, B&B, or Flow master.

On my LPE 385 the difference between the Borla Challenge (2 3/4) system and the B&B was more noise.

The Corsa uses 2 1/2in pipe so if you are purely looking for more performance I would look elsewhere. Have you considered adding an X-pipe to the Borla setup? Might do the trick. From a pure HP standpoint I think B&B with X-pipe is at the top of the food chain, I believe it's the only 3in cat back currently available.

Still find that test to be I never heard back from Carmen on it either.

Else, I'll go with B&B, How loud is your setup?

The corsas look good to me and I like the sound but of the 4 tips only 2 are functional. I also like the look and sound of the 3" B&B however all 4 tips are functional.
I don't know how loud the B&B is inside the car but I think I will try the B&B when I am ready to remove the factory exhaust.

I guess its a matter of personal choice when it comes to sound,i find the borlas and B&Bs have a deeper sound with some resonance, where as the corsas seem to be have a totally different sound altogether with no resonance.

The only thing that bothered me about the dummy tips on the Corsa is they stay clean while the functional tips blacken with carbon. I fixed this by masking off the dummy tip and spray painting the inside flat black. Works like a champ.
