TJWong's custom 'X'-pipe from Dr. Gas.
New thread spun off from thoughts here:
Adding LT Headers and relocating CATs BEWARE
Does this include the leading and trailing pipes welded to the 'X' or
do those need to be added by the purchaser?
Automatic friendly? Diameter?
I'd be interested in participating if Dr G. felt like making a run.

There is nothing wrong with this post IMHO no URL, address, phone number or e-mail so I cant see any problems whats so ever. I think this is a subject many would be interested in, a direct bolt in X pipe would definatly be somthing on my list of things to do.

I didn't add the reminder about forum rules to direct it at him, it is
for me and for anyone choosing to post here.

That is the most functional / cleanest C-4 exhaust system, I have ever seen. One in which I will copy, in the near future....

I agree w/slalom4me it is one of the best I have seen also, mine is very similar (RT ) except tabs need to be welded to the pipes for the LT brackets that I have (which it was TJ who helped me w/that info!) It was his set-up and -=jeff=- that I wanted to copy.
Wlhen I get out of work I will try to get a couple of shots, problem is they won't be as clear since the car is not that high in the air.

Is the front hanger on the LT1s only used on the M6 or on
the A4, too?
I picked up rear hangers some time ago and recall that neither I
nor my friendly GM parts person were able to determine if there
is a front hanger. I can see one clearly on tjwong's M6 car.

Here's a question...
Does the stock resonator combine the flow from both exhaust banks? If so, then it leads to other questions about exhaust crossover placement.
I didn't "search" before posting so feel free to "red-head stepchild" me

I have the exact same setup on mine as TJ's. Back before the Forum rules I started a Dr Gas Group Purchase on that X-Pipe, and got about 10 people to go in on it. I believe it was $169 at the time and we got it for $139. Have no idea what it costs now.
TJ's setup looks awesome!

I'll re-voice my question...
Does the stock resonator provide a cross-exhaust bank function?
If it combines both banks then we're back to the "X" placement. And what does the placement provide? Apparently on the GS it must've done something. GM "X'd" it right before the resonator.
Fad or not?
