Default I'm a vendor now, caliper powdercoating special $150!

just a little background, since I haven't visited this forum much. I am an active forum member in the C6 section and have a small powdercoating business, specializing in brakes, mostly.

I just signed up as a supporting vendor on this site and am offering my caliper powder coating service (other parts too, but calipers are the most requested.)

Your cars are being put away for winter now, so its a perfect time to upgrade your brakes!

Pricing for all 4 calipers, with or without brackets (your choice) is normally $200 plus shipping with an extra $50 charge for candy colors.
(There is an additional $50 charge if you have Z06 calipers due to the extra labor involved in stripping the old coating off)

As a new vendor, the price will be $150 plus shipping until the end of December on any color, candies included! This is for your calipers sent to me. My turnaround time is usually 1-2 days.

I have 2 sets of C5 calipers to use for an exchange program, and if interest is high enough, will get a set of C6 calipers to add to the program.

If done on exchange, there is a refundable $200 core charge, and exchange calipers do not have the brackets powdercoated.

You can see examples of my work at www.thepowdercoater.com or ask the following forum members how they liked my work on their C6 calipers: boozman, c6 joe and flareside.

Thanks!
Mike
Candy Red (flareside):

Darker Candy Red (c6 joe):

Victory Red (boozman)

Starlight Red Metallic (mine )

How do you do the lettering? Is that powder coat also, or just paint? And do you offer most any color?

Does this price include stripping off the old paint before powder coating?

Normally, the letters are sanded off after the powdercoat is cured. I can also hand paint the letters in almost any color and apply a clear powdercoat afterwords, like these Nissan brakes:

What colors are available? Can you do "Radar Blue'? ('98 Pace Car color). If not, can you do yellow?

Oh, and would it be the same price for the new C6 Z06 calipers?

I can definitely do yellow, not sure about that blue though, but there has to be something really close to it.

yea, Its a very glossy red, but I also put a clearcoat on them after sanding the letters smooth so they will stay shiny forever. I don't think most shops do that.

Can you do Mag Red II? Would want lettering in white. Not sure about the brackets though. Match color, black or maybe silver/chrome? What is the warranty? Looks cool. Just ordered rotors, new pads and braided lines, getting ready to tear them down
