Big time!!!!
What's the big deal man, why can't they give us that wonderful luxury of being able to remove the top or have a transparent one, there's nothing like doing a 100+ under the midnight stars....

I hope the General is reading this.

You have to admit, the ZR1 had all the goods back in the 90's,
I almost bought one, but then the C5 Z came out....

I don't want a C6 Z vert., but I do want the goods that come with the base model cars, darn....darn.....darn....darn.....darn,

just like Herman Munster, who said it best....
darn...darn...darn....

6. Symetrical steering wheel

Of course for $65.8 I really should not complain.

It won't be long before you see a convertible or targa C6 Z on the streets. I guarantee a custom Corvette shop is on it.

Ever drive a ZR-1 with the roof off?

I did - ONCE. The most god-awful chassis flex. I'm not the least interested in a removable roof if it flexes like that.

For me, performance >>>>>>> open roof, and I love convertibles.

Keeping the price down as GM worked hard to accomplish is the priority.

Without a bunch of pie in the sky big buck wishes, here goes.

Better steering wheel option
More color choices
Stripe options
Dump the run flats
Dash\Door appearances\Stick upgrades to signify a Z\Bezels
More wheel options
Gearing option

All in all it's a heck of a car. Maybe some of the above may show up in 07.

Yep, there was a reason the targa used four bolts to hold it in. History note, the original design of the C4 was a T-top.
