What is wrong?
Was out riding today. Suddenly the engine loose power and cel and tcs get lit while text "reduced engine power" and "service tcs" shows on the board. Stops the car and start it again and it is fine, but the cel is still on. got the codes that says there is problem with: AIR, TB performance, TCS inhibited by PCM and some communication-codes.
My airpump is only connected to electric wires and no hoses at all.
Any suggestions please
Roger

What editing software are you using? There should be a table called something like "ETC Predicted Airflow". You need the bump the values in that table way up. It is just a sanity check table to verify that that the ETC is working properly. Setting the values really high won't hurt anything (unless your ETC fails).
The values are milligrams per cylinder My values are 1700ish @ 4500

That makes sense. It happened during a light acceleration in a high gear meaning that it probably passed thru more air thru the maf than usual at that throttleposition.
Since i haven't got my carbontube from HP and therefore using the stock plastictube wich prevent me from boosting, i still run with stock everything. I can't drive it on the dyno because of that tube, and i can't install the injectors because i can't tune except on the dyno. (i do not have the LS1 edit my self, the dyno-guy has it..)
Guess i will have to do like MrBig, and just make my own tube while i wait for HP to react.
Thank both of you.

Hey roger, mine does the same thing. It is just what the other guy said, you need to change those values. I will only do it under light boost. I talked with Jason at TSP and that is what he said it was also. He forgot to up those tables for me. So i am getting it redone to fix that. Other then that it is running great.
I also got an update on that tube today. The actually had the template sent to them today again, (the first one needed modifications) this one fit fine. The are sending it back with the go ahead on production. I will let you know when it is ready.

to stop 1514, edit so no error reported and no ses light. then go to table that is called caculated airflow vrs tps vrs rpm. input the highest possible value allowed. this table is found in the same "area" as dtc.
no more 1514 !

Thanks everyone
We solved the problem. We did a search on "1514", and found a thread with the excact same problem. Thanks to BlownZ06 who explained excactly how to find the place to adjust the ETC.

We pushed it to 17000 and the code was gone
Car runs great now. Drove it the 186miles home at it just runs awesome. Still get like 27mpg with some testdriving as well
Roger
PS! Ls1edit was not an easy program to use when there was no instruction to follow, and non of us had ever used it before...
