Default 1ST Numbers A&A's new Vortech system!!

Well as most of you know, I have redesigned my whole system around the Vortech head units due to a business disagreement with Procharger. We will continue to supply Procharger systems to those who want to go that way. We will lalso still be producing our single intercooler changeover kits for those wanting to change to my system and retain their current Procharger head unit.
We will also be coming out with a changeover kit so that current Vortech owners can change over to my new bracket and single air to air intercooler. This will be very similar to the system that I have been producing for the Prochargers for a couple of years.
Now for the good stuff. I just finished an install on a standard 346 forged short block with a mild 220-224 cam and AFR 205 heads. This is a really mild setup and is so stealthy it's scary. You can barely hear the blower and the cam is a total sleeper. This is a standard T Trim Vortech. (It made 560 RWHP and 553 RWT with the smaller S Trim.) The torque with either unit is just amazing!
The picture shows the prototype bracket. The production units will be fully polished and all the spacers will be 1 inch instead of 3/4". Notice how the intake duct has much better clearance that previous designs. I also incorporated a sliding idler pulley to make changing and tensioning the belt 1000% easier. This is, by far, my best design yet.
I also redesigned the intercooler. The inlet is offset by 1 1/2" so that there is clearance between the intercooler and AC condensor at the bottom. This really helps with cooling at slow speeds. I first did this mod on Amercan HP's car. He's from Las Vegas and it totally fixed his overheating problem. This will be incorporated in all the changeover kits from now on.
Here's what it looks like:

And here is what it does (with a T Trim):

No methanol, no race gas, (just a touch of Torco) no big cubes,no 8 rib belts, no BS.

Nice beefy bracket, not to mention nice numbers. How many lbs of boost? Looks like the S/C outlet is aligned a bit better.

I'm glad to see that you can show the PC guys that you won't be held hostage by their greedy tactics. Good job.

Running out of fuel on the top end, or just needing a little more tuning?

Needs some fine tuning. I had to get it off the dyno. Had two other cars to tune today.
I'll have to post the sheet from the S Trim also. The HP and torque were almost equal!

You gained 155 HP and 84 ft./lbs. just by going from a S trim to a standard T trim? There must be a difference in boost, correct? I am looking for something that will give me 400 ft. lbs. of torque at low-mid rpm without going to a different motor. I see from that dyno sheet, this motor does just that. I am curious of the torque curve is with the smaller trim. Also more curious of when you will have some ready to market?

With the pulley you have that made the 715HP, could you run a air restictor on this to cut down the top end HP for a stock motor, but still keep the low end power?

I have got to say that my vette is now crazy,I took it out and it was a animal and had such a pull from idle up to redline, idles almost too stock ,z06 exhaust, cats still there ,the blow off valve made the raddest noise and I was there when they took it off the dyno and it still needed more tuning, strim made power but the t is crazy ,car wouldnt overheat and when driven off boost felt stock.this feels and looks as you pass cars like you are in the millenium falcon.charlie thinks maybe we should put 75 lbs injectors in it,as there is more left,we will see.

Congrats! That's why we just love that T-trim... It typically produces 2 lb. additional intake pressure over the S-trim~ all else being equal between the two.
