It was not a project until 2 weeks ago when one of the heads cracked. The engine is a 383 stroker(450+HP) that just got done. There is less then 200 miles on the engine and have no idea why the head gave. It was a daily driver to and back from work after the engine build. I have over 4k in the engine and all the receipts for the build/parts/install.
The body is good shape with a few deep scratches on the t-tops. Dont know if the rims are stock but match the vette perfect. I did not install these but there are blue neons mounted under all 4 sides of the vette....there is a toggle switch. It does match the color!
Interior is a lil on the tuff side. I was working on the inside so many of the pieces are off but are in good shape and have them all. Seats and carpet are in and are in good shape. The clusters need new electric panels(the thin green floppy curcit board) Electric windows need to be hooked back up but do work. New high dollar battery
Ive got the turbo spoiler to fit that year
chrome side pipe covers
extra new and used engine parts
tons of AN fittings and braided hoses

Kansas City is where I am at. For a pair of complete heads(X2) that can handle the engine will run $500 and that is with springs that will take a 600 lift. Have not looked into just one head but that is a nother route that can be taken.
Here are some of the specs for the engine.....minus the heads. To be honest I have not even taken the heads off but am expecting the worse. The best it could be a bad gasket. Anyway the rockers and stud girdle should be in good shape if it is the heads. The engine still turns over with no noise but will not catch.

I have a set of new ARP pushrods (stock length)
Melling high volume oil pump with pickup for 7 qrt oil pan (new)
Electric high volume water pump (anodize red) new
4 core radiator (used but good)
2 AN water neck fittings for large braided hoses (new)
Several large braided hoses with ends (new)
2 hard fuel lines for the 4150 DP carb
Rev kit (new)
AN fitting from -4 to -20

I have a friend looking for a Vette and I will pass this along to him. But one quick question. I notice the first pictures a clean body and then in the last ones they show a wing on the back. Is this wing attached and can it be removed without leaving holes in the body?

I still need to get interior pics taken and will have them up soon....latest by wed. night. I am able to store the vette as long as needed.

i just had the engine done and put in. The last thing I did was have the carb tuned up the day befre it cracked a head. I spent so much time and money on this vette and finaly got a chanceto enjoy it and it turns into one hell of a bad day. Needless to say my bubble is broken on this project.
Im not making payments on it so there is no hurry to fix it but does no good just to leave it sit either. Money is tight and heads are $500 for a pair that is ment for that engine. I dont have a place to work on her either at this moment.
Anyone who has e-mailed me.....I am open to offers.......just shoot me a e-mail. I have been trying to answer all questions as best as I can.
