Default LWA built 408 stroker with A&A F1r Dyno Numbers

Well I finally got my new setup fininshed for those that care. It is a 408 stroker built by LWA with a A&A F1r kit. First off ANdy's kit is awesome, the install is very clean looking and looks like it came off of GM assembly line. The car makes great power 803rwhp and 709 rwtq on 14-15lbs of boost on pump gas with only 16* timing and 11.8-12 a/f. The f1r is louder than the d1sc i had but a good louder. Its not necessarily volume louder but more high pitched and I love it. IT just sounds nasty. I will try and get some pics of the install up and dyno tomorrow if anyone wants to see Thanks again Andy. Next I am going to get an ECS alky kit for when it gets cold and makes more boost. For now I may just add some torco for safety in the heat or a little 100 unleaded

Thanks, I havent really gotten on it yet, I just trailored it home tonight, drove it around alittle, biggest difference is the pitch of the blower and how fast the boost comes on now, still havent laid into it yet though, but its coming ps i just ordered some Torco from you

Yeah I will have to come for a rematch, but I know Tony has probably made some upgrades also, but it will be fun regardless. I will give you a call when we come

You will love the f1, it is a more piercing sound than the d1 but in a good way, my tuner gave the description of it sounding like holding a squirrel by the tail and slinging it around Sounds something like that

Actually, Doc. That is one the main reasons I am thinking about getting it eventually over this direct port from Dave.

(I have a port matched Fast 90, just painted blod red, comes with nitrous bosses)

Fear and intimidation are my friends. My call sign at the race track and the other forum is the, "Grim Reeper." Must have read and watched, "Lord of Rings," one to many times. Love the screaching, reminds me of the Nazgul flying lizards making everyone shake in fear and run for sheltor. Is that demented or what?

That appears consistant with other 408cid F1Rs that I have seen. Very nice numbers..take sometime to get used to it..these high hp cars demand a lot of respect. I was made a believer at 16 years old, 2 months after I got my liscense.

Nice setup.
