ECS 382 D1 + meth/nos fogger 970rwhp 850rwtq
This is the same car that pulled 780rwhp on blower only. The owner felt that was not enough so he asked what I can do.
We used his alky tank to supply a stand alone fuel system of methanol to the fogger kit. (same as the stand alone kit we came out with a couple of years back)
We had some issues with a fuel soliniod on it's first time at the track that kept dumping fuel after it was shut off so it did not run a good number that day.
I was able to get it back to the track last night, we shortly found that the clutch we were using will not hold that kind of power. Regardless it did ok but it's time will come shortly. It trapped a 10.78 at 140.85 with a smaller shot than than this graph and a 1.94 60'
Can you guess at what rpm the nos was hit?
I'll post some pics of the engine compartment soon.
Oh, and it's got 93 octain in the gas tank.

Scotty,
Prepare to take us into Hyperspace at 4,500 RPM..
Who says gas and alcohol don't mix. Can't wait to see what this will run on a bigger shot when the clutch does not blow out.

You will not be sorry
This is a 382 with a D-ISC so your car is almost not imaginable. I did say almost. Doug will be coming up with a clutch solution and a couple more goodies targeted at getting the power to the ground. It drives on the street very nice on 93 octane - Only problem is that it shakes the pictures and dishes in the house when I start it up.

And Doug, 93 octain doesn't count, but 93 octane does.

Alan,
I see another back half in your future, two are better than one!
I think you should use this as your daily to get into the city, you'll cut your drive time in half.
BTW I retract my offer to put a shot on mine and line up against yours.
