$1.98 Vent Screens In Comp Gray (pic)
I like DYI so I took on the vent screens. Used gutter guard at home depot ($1.98 and had enough to do two pairs) cut to fit using a template I made. Painted comp gray to match my wheels and installed them. The product was very easy to work with and took paint fine. I used industrial strength Velcro mounted and folded over each tab (each piece only weighed 1 oz, so it’s going nowhere). DYI is not for everyone but it sure saves the $$ if you are so inclined : D

Real nice job, I can't stay off of the golf course long enough to be that creative and useful. Way to go--Ed

Looks better than the $50 crap I bought, which I was trying to give away in the DFW area. I used that same stuff to cap my house exhaust vents to keep the damn birds out! Where did you get the comp grey paint, body shop mix?

Nice job! Looks just like the "Real" ones. What I don't get it what actually holds them in place? Do the 'flaps' on the side wrap around something or are they bent at 90 degrees and then stuck in place via the velcro?

Nice job!
Have you considered using the same material and design a front grill?
