Installing a Harlan shift light???

This loom here.
Its one of the three white wires in this loom under dash. You can use a test light on each one. With power on, car not running, When you ground the tach it will jump up then go to zero. The other white ones are skip shift light, and hud shift light. A ground and hot wire are also in this same loom.
