Default LED taglight ~ Part Deux (pics again)

Well I was unhappy with my original LED taglights becuase they weren't bright enough... So I finally found some time and did another set but with three white 5mm LED's instead of the original two... The results are SO much better! The tag looks much better now and is visible from over 50 ft. away, which as I'm told, is legal! So here's some pics...

I re-fabricated the taglights and put the LED's in a triangular pattern (look at that mess )

I heat-shrinked everything again...

I then decided to paint them to match my LMB paint... I know, big waste ... oh well

And here's the final result! I used the night setting on my digital camera so the lights wouldn't appear blue again, sorry if they're a little blurry...

Before:

After:

As some of you requested, I might be selling these as a kit! It would contain three LED's like these and be ready to install! So I'll keep you all posted...

-Rob

I'm thinking of adding red LED's under the dash as some accent lighting for the floorboards, but im not sure how or what i'd wire them to! Any ideas?

just hardwire them in (cut the original wire and hook it up to the new LED's with resistors)...

Stupid question, but can you have that done with a black light to illuminate the license plate??? or am I off my rocker?

I'm working on pricing them out now, I have to see how much the taglights, how much time I have, and check with the mods about selling rules... Each set takes about 3-4 hours to do and I probably will not sell body color matched lights, only glossy black. Also, would you guys be willing to do a core exchange, or just pay for the taglights and keep the extra set? Thanks for any input, Rob
