Default Pictures of DSOM painted GM interior trim kit

Today I installed the first part of the Daytona Sunset Orange painted interior trim kit from GM Accessories. I still have the instrument panel cluster trim plate to install, hopefully tomorrow and I can post additional pictures. I thought I'd get these pictures posted because several people are waiting for them. Inadvertently they also show the contrast between the body color trim (console) and stock silver painted trim (instrument panel "pods").

I'll also make comments on how the install went, instructions supplied, etc., after I've done the second part. In the meantime, enjoy the pictures.

Very nice look.........

I am very anxious to hear about the installation. Please post all of the instructions, because I can't wait to replace the cheesy grey plastic parts.

Thanks..................enjoy your ride.

This should come stock, instead of the generic color. BMW did it in the Z8.

Looks very nice.

Question. Does the aftermarket trim also come in the original, but real aluminum instead of plastic?

Thanks for posting the pictures. I look forward to hearing about the install. One concern I have is how well the finish will hold up (especially the part one's leg would rub against) over time compared with the "stock" finished panel.

I'll pass on this option! I'm more of a carbon fiber guy.

Really dresses up the interior.

Big improvement over stock.

Very nice...how much?

Also, with the interior looking that nice you absolutely must invest a $100 in a set of Lloyd mats...you won't be disappointed...that is usually the first thing people comment on when I open my door...pay the extra $20 for the logo and Corvette lettering on them...top notch!
