F\S 2002 Vert 6SP Mag Red 7200 mi.
Decided to sell my pet. It's immaculate with black top and interior with the following options:
1.Preferred equip. group 2:
-dual zone air cond.
- fog lamps
-memory pkg
-dual power seats
-twilight sentinel
-electrochromatic mirrors
-HUD
-power tele
2.Polished aluminum wheels
3.12 disc changer
4.Body side molding
It's garaged and covered, never seen rain, and never smelled smoke. I've installed a Hypertech program which boosted HP to about 370. I also installed a Hurst short shifter. It's showroom clean and always pampered. $36,900 (OBO). PM for other details if interested.

It's a program that is put in the computer. What a difference it makes.

It also adds about 10 # of torque.

You are better off putting it back to stock and selling the Hypertech alone. Hypertech programs are a joke. That fact is known far and wide. Good luck on your sale. 37.9k whew!

What do you guys think is a decent price for the car?

Safety Car
You're not too far off. For my zipcode (Memphis area) the Kelly Blue Book Private party price is 36,600 for excellent condition. However, I've got to agree, the Hypertech is of little or no extra value in selling the car, at least to a knowledgeable vette nut.

If you were in my area, Virginia, it appears that your asking price would be right in the ballpark. The region has a little bit of impact on the price, but not much- KBB added about $30 for my zip code.
Nice car. Good luck with the sale.

I appreciate your inputs and suggestions. Boy I had no idea I was going to get drug through the mud!! I actually didn't feel as though I was asking too much. Maybe the price will be more realistic in the spring. As far as the Hypertech, I know the owner and was just going by info. through his tech. guys. I actually could tell the difference after the install. I agree it will not add that much to the value but it is more of an extra feature.
