Wondering if for touch up you could use the corresponding liquid.

Thanx for the picture. It does look like dulso. I have all the supplies now I just need a free weekend to try it on mine.

BTW, does anyone know of a good paint to use for the metal interior trim parts? For example, the shifter rod.

I am fairly sure they are the same product. I just noticed that the link I put in My post for the liquid tape directs You to the plastic dip site. My console looks exactly like Jimihendrix's console. Pick up whatever one You can find locally and paint away!

I wish this stuff would also magically "Unwarp" panels that have been warped from the heat Maybe a heat gun will get them back in shape.

Anyone know why it seems you can buy new dash top for 84 to 89, but 90 to 96 no aftermarket corvette parts websites just don't seem to carry it?

if anyone has a problem locating this stuff, just google "Performix liquid tape spray" that stuff pops up all over the place - even ebay.

i don't have a use/need for anything like it now, but i've booked marked it in my corvette fixes folder - thanks guys...

i have a sub shop right by the Plasti dip headquarters. It is a good old fashioned family owned company with great owners and employees. I have been using their products for years with great results. Their main business is commercial so it would not suprise me in the least if the two products were indeed one in the same. Feels good to support a family owned company.
