Another new best tonight. I'll have my friend scan the timeslip tomorrow, my digital camera isn't wanting to focus very well...and it's 4:32 in the morning. BTW, the car was driven more than two hours each way to/from the track. Also, this may possibly be the quickest pass on a stock clutch.

Year of the Z06: 2007
Tires used on the pass: M/T E/T Street Radials - 315/35/17
Performance Mods (if any): headers, 3" x-pipe, CAI, HP Tuners Pro, 160 t-stat, 125hp dry nitrous.
Category submitted for: Power Adder

Thanks Jamie Furman

That's absolutely amazing for stock tires. 39 degrees really helped out alot, but I'm surprised he got such a great launch with those temps.

Nice bragging rights.

Whats up man, I had the black C6 at Sac. That was the best day for traction in the last three weeks. Its nice to see a fast stock Z06 running out there!

Hey! Yeah the 15th was great for traction too bad yesterday wasn't better. Your car is very impressive for your mods/tires. I'm sure i'll see you out there again soon.

Nice run Frank! I see your from Jupiter, I have a home down there and lived there in Tequesta for about 10 years and spend a lot of time down there. As a matter of fact I will be there this weekend, I have raced at Moroso literally hundreds of times and love the track! Great Run!

Thanks, I know there is more in the car on a cold night(sub 50 degree) with better traction. I was really thinking I might see a 11.2X.... but not so. Still I am happy to move up the list some. Thanks again for keeping this up!

Thanks Jamie. I basically grew up here in Palm Beach Gardens. Moroso is a cool track and it's so awesome to have it so close. I just wish they would do a little better prep on colder nights. I got there when the gates opened and I didnt see them even spray the track!!! They might have earlier, but the entire time I was there they did not.
This weekend huh... do you come down alot? We should meet up some time for a beer. We could talk cars, and I might learn to get the Z06 off the line better.. Take care.
Frank

Updated previous post with timeslip.

It's kinda cool having the second quickest time on the list.

I have both images of the slip. The good one and the not so good one.

If you notice, the other slips submitted in this thread are complete slips. In other words, they show the top of the slip so that we can tell where the run was made and the date as well as other pertinent information. We need a whole slip (or a vertically split slip if your track only gives out such).

We need to see "South Georgia Motorsports Park
2/2/08"
on the slip somewhere.

****So that you don't think that I am singling you out, do know that everyone else here meets the same requirement, and every slip displayed in this thread prominently shows the name of the track on it along with the date, etc.

Nice run.

Thanks.
