I was already on the floor when Pat asked what a scoop was. Maj Z06 got tears on my face.

Hmmm.. I would be concerned about somebody taking off all that stuff to do the procedure.

No Problem and thanks for sending me the file. Im actually outside and beyond the vin range. I went to look at my Z06 and saw that the plastic insert fully covers the painted lip so i guess i already have the new and improved inserts.

I thought I wondered into off topic for a second!

Good to see MAJ still has his sense of humor!

I do, and this thread is now added to the FAQ post #16.

Thanks for adding this to the FAQ. My Z falls into the range affected and TSB would not print clearly. Now I know where it will always be.

From the VIN information on that document it looks like my car was only 30 cars away from the change.

So this should apply to all cars produced before Jan 5th 2007, my car was built on 1-4-07 if I rember right

My car is after the change too (built 1-30-07).
I would like to see pictures of the original and revised design.
I will get a picture posted over the weekend of mine (unless someone beats me to posting picture of the revised design).
