Pics from LCC BBQ/Wine Tour Cruise
The local Vette club met up in SW Austin and drove out to Marble Falls Texas where we met up with some of the members who live out in that area.
We met at a gas station. I was going to fill up and realized I had left without my wallet. :o I told a couple of club members and one of them offered to fill me up and I would repay him later. Very
We had a total of 21 cars come out. Everything from a C2 to a Ron Fellows Z06
Seeing Vettes as far as you can see in front of you and in your rear view mirror is an awesome sight.
We went to Coopers Barbeque in Llano. I had to ask another friend to buy my lunch. :o I got some ribs and sausage. The ribs were a little overcooked. I just got a temporary crown put on last week and eating the ribs gave me a toothache. The rest of the club went from there to a Winery tour. I didn't feel like asking someone for money to get into the winery and my tooth was bothering me so I went home.
Here is my car at the restaurant parked in good company.

Thank you Larry for informing me and thanks everyone for letting me join in on this "spirited" drive.
I only took 2 pics, and only one of them is barely worth posting.
On the way back home, I was having some fun with a driver of a GT Mustang for a good 30 miles..... Let's just say my vette was more "spirited" than his car.

Hey Robert,
glad you came. I drove home alone. As I was going through LLano, my radar detector started going off when crossing the bridge. I wasn't sure of the speed limit, so I slowed to 30 mph. I came head on to a DPS trooper. As soon as he saw me, his head went down to his radar unit.
I later saw a sign and the speed limit was 35. I bet he was disapointed.
