Pics of the Day from BC (2007/03/12) (lengthy)
One Day in A Row.....
Today we had a brief respite from the torrential rains of winter (or is it spring?). Took the Z06 to get beer and stopped on the way home to do a brief photo shoot at Cypress Mountain. Lucked out with bare parking lots but snow on the mountain to act as a reflector.
I am really starting to like this car.

I can never leave well enough alone...
The stripe (and the 427 emblems) are kind of a styling throwback to the mid year big block cars with the stinger hoods. I've always admired these cars and wanted to do something a little different with the new Z car. I also was taken with the color scheme for the Shelby Cobra concept car. Mike Ung (Corvette Stripes) was kind enough to produce a set of stripes using a custom color for this car. On the rear, I felt a Z06 side badge was a better alternative to the C6 crossed flags rear emblem, which I relocated to the interior of the car.
Next on the list are the wheels and the interior.
