Fabspeed valved exhaust just installed—valves not working

I just had the exhaust put on my ‘20 Z51 & it only operates with the valves open. All the factory valve hardware was transferred over—so not sure why the valves are dead.

Anyone have this issue or...

C8 divided by 2 =

Interesting to see these 2 side-by-side. The C8 makes the C4 look kinda small. Even the wide ZR-1 rear end is no match for the C8–could only imagine the new Z or E-Ray!
