Mine had an intermittent starter problem. It was a spade connection on the wire from the ignition to the solenoid. 40+ years of use. Crimped on two new connectors and works great now.

Interesting. RideTech is already offering C7 hubs in their C3 trailing arms. You have to use C5/C6 calipers though. Strange makes their axles for them so you can use stock half shafts....

For OP, found these on Facebook Marketplace. Hooker 2225-1 with 2-1/8" primaries. $300. May be worth grabbing. They could always be ceramic coated after you make sure they fit.
