I tested my 89 L98 on a dyno recently with and without a TPIS air foil and had no gain. Save your money.

Nathan I took my 89 to the dyno about a month ago with my stock 48 MM T.B., a TPIS air foil and a borrowed 52 MM T.B. and I got the same results.
No gain with the air foil and like you a slight loss...

I is my understanding none of the 700R4's will do WOt 4th. I know mine sure won't. I run track events and all you have is a 3 speed when your wanting more down the straight of way. B & M says...

Nick this is not the 3/4's kick down valve you see advertised in Summit and Jegs. I called B & M direct and they gave me the part number 70249 which is a $118 kit (Summit's price) that is a bit more...

WOT 4th gear kit

B & M offers what they call a 3-4 wide open throttle kit for a 700R4. Has anyone tryed it? Does it work? Had any problems with it?

I know it sounds to simple but check the battery ground cable where it connect to the engine or frame. I can't remember where it connects, but follow it and check it with a wrench. Also on my 89...

I would stay far away from that alignment shop. That guy has no idea what's under the rear end of your C4. The lowering "spring bolts" you installed are simply longer than stock, usually one inch...

Look in any of the catalogs, Mid America, Ecklers, or Vette Brakes. They have a kit for lowering the front and or the rear. The rear kit is nothing but two 10" high grade bolts and nylon lock...
