not knowing new jersy law, heres my two cents - again - if allowed - put a non computer distributor - a low to mid range cam - true duals - non computer carb and manifold - basicaly let it breathe...

6600 is a great price - the 305 gets a bad rap - stock its only 10 less hp - if you let one breathe a 305 will give you plenty of thrills in a light car like a vette - if you decide you want more...

i think the stock stall is around 1200, the 350-c is a good tranny but i wouldnt put much more than a manifold and headers on it before you added a shift kit - dave

try a silver liquid embroidery pen - it just the right width for the trim - you can get it at any art supply place - i couldnt tell the difference - dave

the yellow wire (10a fuse)from the radio tells the relay an on or off condition - the orange wire(30a from harness) is 12v constant and is used to power the antenna - the anntenna was also a dealer...

if you smelled the battery overcharging, it may be low on water - did you try a fresh battery? - if thats ok then you might check to see if theres a large connector by the fan - i've had a problem...

if you have put in the new flasher and relay and the horn doesnt honk then your door key switch or the protection switch in the drivers door may be faulty - on mine, the wire from the switch had...

ok i ckecked the napa relay - it fits - there is an extra terminal in the center that will make no connection , but it is only an extra load terminal - dave

oh yea i was going to say - is your starter solenoid frozen ? - that would cause the problem you are describing with the battery wires - dave
