Check your headlight wiring to make sure it is wired correctly. Assuming you are following the wiring diagram for the turn signals correctly the problem must be in the headlight wiring.

With all things electrical on a Corvette CHECK THE GROUND WIRE CONNECTIONS!!!!! Since Corvettes are not body ground you have to check each of the ground wires.

The 65 also has 3 black strips with chrome front edges whereas the earlier grilles have 4-5 strips that are all chrome or polished aluminum. The 66-67 grille is an egg crate grille.
