not sure if you're aware but some hifonics amps will kill your radio reception, something to do with the logo light... My brutus does it.

I'd put an 8" sub in the passanger side storage compartment and get nice...

In my old DD(before wreck) I had the antenna mounted to the dash using velcro. Didn't have any problems with dropped signals.
