I got the L88 cam with the solid lifters in my engine and everytime I floor it I get goosebumps.(After 4 years )
The only disadvantage is the rough idle and not much going on until it reaches...

What year heads are those ?

After adjusting the valves, I took some pics and I'm wondering, if anybody can tell me what year the heads are and from what engine, rectangular/oval port .
Oh I almost forgot: Those rocker arms...

A couple of things that don't work:
odometer (speed works),
blower,
wiper ( has new wipermotor )
clock

I had similar problem,replaced the original starter with a mini high torque starter and have never had a problem since.But mine was not a battery issue.

this car was entered for Le Mans in 1968 by Scuderia Filipinetti but crashed out
Franco Sbarro did the repairs and then sold it to the famous swiss F1 driver Jo Siffert who loaned the car to Steve...

when i replaced my tank,i used armaflex tape.you can get it at any HVAC dealer.it is used to insulate copperpiping,but works fine with corvette tanks too....
