try and get stock c6 Zo6 exhaust manifolds, they are a nice upgrade, flow really well and you will not have the extra heat in your engine compartment causing issues from headers like many do.

the marbles in a can noise can be the dry sump tank. The o ring that holds the tube inside fails and the tube bangs around. i have personally repaired a few of these back when these cars were new.
