I just did is - giant pain in the ass - but doable.... I had the car up on a lift, so that made it somewhat easier other than hoisting that sucker up into the tunnel and supporting it will bolting...

but I did put new AC delco wires on the car last night - and same story - breaks up above 4000-4500. ...

so I don't need a set - but I DO need the rubber isolators - those are rotted out.

Coil differences 202, 087,091 etc

While hunting for a correct original 091 coil -
it occurs to me that any of a number of other GM points coils would work

but what really was the difference between the various available part #s....

64 L84 - #202 coil?

My 64 L84 has what appears to be its original
#202 coil - but the notes suggest #091 coil

my car is early, so i suspect this was an early service center replacement but is the 091 the correct...

Has anyone tried to fit or modify a pancacke sub under one if the seats?

i assume there just isnt enough room - and i wouldnt want to mess up the storage bays behind the seat

i just removed the cat back system and replaced it from there - there was no O2 or sensor in the cat or further back
