Summit has a Granatelli brand that puts out 255LPH for $125.88. Looks like it comes with sock etc. They also have an Accel for $299.95 that feeds 435 LBS per hour @ 45 psi. good for 870 HP.

The easiest thing to do is replace the chip with the original one and see if there is a difference. Aside from the no pulse issue it sounds like leaking injectors or flooding.
