Will this come with the black plastic rear cover for the steering wheel? Not the column cover, but the one that connects to the back of the steering wheel itself.

We have a 1997 C5 in the shop for a motor/turbo build. This car has been to many many tuners, and has been hacked up to death. One brake duct had 16 sheet metal screws holding it together.
