If I do heads I want to stay around 2000.00 including gaskets , bolts, etc.

Will need a new tune I assume.

TF heads look to be out of my price range. I may not keep this car...

I had a GM rocker side cap come apart at 2000 rpm on highway. I shut the car off quick and the needles luckily stayed in the head.
